How to add a magic to your emails for better communication.
Before you hit send on that email to your coworker, take two seconds to charge it with intentions for clear communication.
Imagine your message being understood perfectly - no drama, no misunderstandings.
You could even say something like this before you send your email off: “This message is received clearly, kindly, and respectfully and provides me with the outcome I desire.”
Now, this is assuming you’ve written a professional email - not a rage filled rant about a report being late or someone microwaving fish in the employee break room. Something like that requires an entirely different set of intentions. 😒
