How to make your lunch break a magical moment!
At work, your energy can get scattered all over the place. Time to call it back!
On your break or lunch hour, step outside, take a few breaths, and quietly say “I call my energy back”.
Then, imagine all the pieces of yourself that got wrapped up in meetings, phone calls, answering emails (and maybe even some office drama) returning to you.
Picture it as mini orbs of light or glitter or even puzzle pieces. 🧩
Once you feel complete again, finish with three deep breaths.
I think you’ll really notice the difference when you head back inside.
