Your garden is the original magic portal - it's where you literally connect with the Earth's energy! 🌸
At its most basic, you can use your garden to ground. Put your hands in the soil or bare feet in the grass, touching the earth, breathing deeply, and allowing Gaia to ease your stress, worries, and anxiety.
If you tend to a garden, let the soil pull out any stress or tension while you’re digging and planting. Thank your plants for the oxygen they share. Even weeding becomes a powerful ritual when you imagine pulling out what no longer serves you. 🌱
